CHALLENGES

Shops lack sufficient professional capacity in personally promoting discounted items. Shop layouts too big to cover easily. In store product reviews not straightforward

Design a rich natural voice interaction in a short period. Lesson – focus on most important flow, then increment

 

CONTRIBUTION

Harness cognitive services and machine learning in a hybrid speech touch interaction

Ideation workshops with the retail innovation client departments

Worked based on a lean canvas to document and structure business model hypothesis

Designed and developed a prototype that our retail client can test in shops with real customers
