Shops lack sufficient professional capacity in personally promoting discounted items. Shop layouts too big to cover easily. In store product reviews not straightforward
Design a rich natural voice interaction in a short period. Lesson – focus on most important flow, then increment

Designed and developed a prototype that our retail client can test in shops with real customers
